My Approach.
I offer in-person and telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families in Montana. I aim to provide a holistic and integrative approach to wellbeing and welcome all the parts of self, including awareness of the body and our relationships. My practice holds strong values in consent, collaboration, and compassion. I specialize in perinatal mental health, which can invite a diverse range of experiences for individuals and relationships. I am an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and am grounded in attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care. My methodologies are also influenced by Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and various somatic modalities. I invite mindfulness, play, and strengths-based perspectives into my work with clients.
I work with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families.
